Equipment List
The equipment list provides a comprehensive view of your entire fleet, from drilling rigs to support vehicles and tools. This central inventory helps you track availability, maintenance status, and equipment assignments across all your operations.

Viewing Your Equipment
Navigate to Equipment from the main menu to see your complete equipment inventory. The list displays key information at a glance:
- Equipment name and type
- Make, model, and year
- Current status (available, in use, maintenance)
- Assigned location or project
- Last maintenance date
- Upcoming maintenance due dates
Filtering Equipment
Use the filter options at the top of the list to narrow down your view:
By Type: Select specific equipment categories like drilling rigs, trucks, trailers, pumps, or tools. This helps you focus on particular segments of your fleet.
By Status: Filter by availability status to quickly find equipment that's available, currently in use, or undergoing maintenance. This is essential for project planning and resource allocation.
By Location: When equipment is assigned to specific yards or projects, you can filter by location to see what's available at each site.
By Maintenance Status: View equipment with upcoming maintenance due, overdue maintenance, or recent service. This helps prioritize maintenance scheduling and prevent equipment downtime.
Sorting Options
Click column headers to sort your equipment list by different criteria:
- Name (alphabetical)
- Type (grouped by category)
- Status (grouped by availability)
- Last service date (most/least recent)
- Next maintenance due (soonest first)
Quick Actions
Each equipment entry includes quick action buttons for common tasks:
- View full equipment details and history
- Add service log entry
- Update maintenance schedule
- Change availability status
- Assign to project or employee
- Generate QR code for tracking
Search Functionality
The search bar at the top allows you to quickly locate specific equipment by name, make, model, serial number, or other identifying information. This is particularly useful for large fleets with dozens or hundreds of pieces of equipment.
Exporting Data
Export your equipment list to CSV or PDF for reporting, insurance documentation, or sharing with other systems. The export includes all visible columns based on your current filter settings.
