The phone rings. Two minutes later, the job exists.
New customer on the line? Their address pins to the map with every past job, well and contact attached. No more “who did we drill for out on County KK?”

Every customer + well, one place
Built at a working drilling company in Wisconsin
DrillerDB runs your whole operation — quotes, scheduling, well logs, pump installs, no-water calls, state reports and invoicing — in one place your office and your crews actually share. Drilling rigs or pump trucks, it’s the same system.

We needed software that spoke drilling and nothing on the shelf did — so we built ours in the shop, between jobs. Every screen was argued over by people who run rigs every day, and if it wastes a driller’s time, it doesn’t ship.
DrillerDB started as the in-house system at Sam's Well Drilling, our own drilling company in Wisconsin. It ran our shop for years before it ran anyone else's — and our crews were not gentle beta testers.
We didn't take HVAC software and paint it blue. Casing, screens, grout, static level, footage — the product speaks drilling because it's all it's ever done.
When you call, you get someone who knows why a no-water call at 7 AM matters — and what a state report deadline feels like.

New customer on the line? Their address pins to the map with every past job, well and contact attached. No more “who did we drill for out on County KK?”

Every customer + well, one place
Pull the recorded wells around the site — depths, formations, yields, who drilled them — and price the job on real local data. The neighbor's well log beats a gut feeling.

Priced against 18M+ well records
Rigs, pump crews and service calls on one board. Permits, locates and staking flags travel with the job, and the crew lead sees it all on his phone — before his coffee's gone.

Rigs + crews + service calls, one calendar
Depth, casing, lithology, photos — the well log gets built in the field app while it happens. No bars at the site? Everything queues and syncs the moment you're back in range.

Works with zero bars
The log you already did becomes your state's form — auto-filled, ready to review and file. 413 templates across all 50 states and Canada. The 9 PM office session is cancelled, permanently.

413 state forms, auto-filled
The invoice emails itself with a pay link; customers pay online and it syncs to QuickBooks if you use it. Revenue, footage and open invoices — live, the moment you log in.

No-water calls · pump installs · tanks · chlorination
Pump & service work · same system
Plenty of shops on DrillerDB pull pumps more often than they set casing. Service work runs on its own Pump/Service board — same calendar, same field app, same invoicing — and the drilling features simply wait until the day you need them.
Pump swaps, tank replacements, chlorinations, inspections — each one gets dispatched to a crew with the customer's history riding along. No new-well paperwork in the way.
Depth, pump setting, past visits — plus 18M+ mapped wells, so you can usually see what's in the ground before the truck rolls.
Wrap the call, send the invoice from the field app, and take payment online. The service history stays attached to the well and the customer forever.
Below the ground line · DrillerDB Well Map
We assembled state well records from all 50 states — depths, geology, yields and driller history, searchable down to the parcel. It’s the map we always wanted at our own shop. Now it comes with the software.

Your crew’s whole day is on the phone they already carry — today’s jobs, the map, the well log, the camera. What they enter at the rig is on your desk before they leave the site.
The well log, photos and timecards all queue offline and sync when the truck hits coverage. Dead zones don't lose your paperwork anymore.
Big targets, plain labels, nothing buried three menus deep. If a guy can run a rig, he can run this — ours do, every day.
iOS and Android, no per-app fee, no per-tech fee games. The crew downloads it, signs in, and the day starts.

From the field
It is a time saver to put in all the information when creating a proposal. My favorite is the scheduling tab where jobs can be entered in the order you want drilled.
DrillerDB is a very helpful tool and very user friendly. It displays how far apart the jobs are — and whether permits, locates and staking are done.
Extremely responsive to suggestions and changes, no matter how small.
We are consistently impressed by Craig's approach to making DrillerDB awesome for well drillers. We look forward to utilizing more features with our business and trying out their apps.
