Pump & Service Work Orders is a newer feature that continues to evolve. If you encounter any issues or have feature requests, please contact support.
Note: Pump & Service work orders are available in DrillerDB. SWD Database users may not have access to this feature.
Work orders help you track pump service, repairs, and other non-drilling jobs.
Overview
Work orders are separate from drilling projects and are designed for:
- Pump repairs and maintenance
- Well inspections
- Service calls
- Equipment installations
Work orders are service jobs, not drilling project records. When applicable, link work orders back to the related well/project so service history remains connected.
Quick Start: Create and Dispatch a Work Order
- Open Pump & Service in the sidebar and click create
- Select customer and service location
- Set service type, priority, and schedule target
- Assign technician/team and dispatch
- Track completion and billing status
