DrillerDB includes real-time capabilities for notifications and schedule refresh events when WebSocket access is enabled for your company.
Real-time WebSocket features are currently enabled for select companies. Contact support@drillerdb.com to discuss enablement for your account.
Quick Start: Validate Real-Time Access
- Sign in to DrillerDB
- Open Real-Time workflows (notifications or scheduling)
- Perform a test change from one session
- Confirm another session receives the update
- If not, refresh and contact support for enablement status

Included Areas

Operational Notes
- Real-time behavior is account/company dependent.
- Internet connectivity is required for live delivery.
- Manual refresh remains the fallback for stale views.
Troubleshooting
No live updates
- Confirm company-level enablement
- Refresh both sessions
- Verify both users are in the same company context
Updates appear only after refresh
- Real-time may be disabled for the account
- Event delivery may have been missed; refresh restores current state
