The Dashboard Player has a built-in watchdog that automatically detects issues and restarts the system. Most problems resolve within 2 minutes without any action from you. If the internet connection drops, it shows the last known data with a timestamp so you always know how fresh the information is.

Yes! Each TV needs its own Dashboard Player kit. The subscription is $29/month per screen. Many customers have one in the office for dispatchers and another in the shop for crews. Each screen can show a different dashboard layout.

The Dashboard Player requires an internet connection (WiFi or Ethernet) to sync with DrillerDB. If the connection drops temporarily, it displays the last known data with a "Last updated" timestamp. When the connection is restored, it automatically refreshes.

If you cancel, the dashboard stops updating and displays a message directing you to reactivate. You keep the hardware - it's yours. You can reactivate the subscription anytime and the Dashboard Player will immediately start showing live data again.
