For environmental consultants and CRE due-diligence teams
Environmental Site Screening
We're building an early site-screening tool that pulls public environmental records and nearby well evidence together for environmental consultants and CRE teams - before a Phase I ESA kicks off.
In development - Founding Partner Program
This product doesn't exist yet. We're building it with a small group of founding partners.
Why DrillerDB
We operate the largest water-well and subsurface record system in North America, with 16M+ well records. This product will apply that data to environmental due diligence: nearby well logs and groundwater evidence add subsurface context that the standard public-database checks miss.
What we're building
- It will run the public database checks - EPA ECHO, RCRA, and related records - for a site in one pass.
- It will add FEMA flood and wetlands context around the parcel.
- It will surface nearby well logs and groundwater evidence most screens never look at.
- It will call out data gaps plainly so the environmental professional knows what still needs review.
