Use Owner when the contact is the primary customer for the project.

Builder
Use Builder when a contractor or development company coordinates work between owner and subcontractors.

Pump Installer
Use Pump Installer for partner companies used in referrals or downstream service coordination.

Multiple Type Assignments
A contact can have more than one type when business roles overlap.
