Hours Review
Use the Hours tab to audit employee time records before payroll and investigate anomalies.
Quick Start: Review Employee Hours
- Open Timecards
- Keep the Hours tab selected
- Review employee totals and status indicators
- Open employee detail for deeper inspection
- Export CSV if needed
What You Can Review

Step-by-Step: Audit One Employee
- In Hours, click the target employee
- Verify date range and total hours
- Check each day's clock-in/clock-out values
- Confirm notes/descriptions match expected work
- Return to overview or export detail data
Step-by-Step: Export for Payroll
- Open Timecards > Hours
- Confirm the current list reflects the intended period
- Click Download CSV or detail-level export
- Validate file columns before payroll import
- Store export with payroll period records
Troubleshooting
Hours look wrong?
- Refresh the timecards panel
- Reopen employee detail view
- Confirm timezone assumptions for clock entries
Export missing data?
- Re-run export after refreshing
- Confirm user/period filters before exporting
