Step 3: Confirm the Cancellation
A popup appears asking you to confirm:

- Click the blue "Yes, cancel" button to confirm
- Or click the gray "Cancel" button if you changed your mind

Step 4: You Are Done
After confirming, you will see two things:
- A yellow banner appears at the top of the page saying your subscription has been canceled and showing the date your access ends
- The Subscription panel now shows your plan as "Canceled" in yellow text with the access-until date

What Happens After You Cancel
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Do I lose access right away? | No. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. |
| Will I be charged again? | No. No more charges after you cancel. |
| Can I still use the well map? | Yes, until your access date runs out. |
| Will my saved data be deleted? | No. Your data stays in the system. |
Look for the yellow banner at the top of the page. It shows the exact date your access ends. Write it down so you know when your map access will stop.
Why the Cancel Button Disappears
This is normal. Once you cancel, the Cancel button goes away because there is nothing left to cancel. Your subscription is already set to end.
Instead of the Cancel button, you will now see:
- Your plan name with "Canceled" in yellow -- this confirms your cancellation went through
- "Access until [date]" -- this is when your access ends
- A "Resubscribe" button on the yellow banner -- use this if you change your mind
If you already canceled and do not see a Cancel button, that means it worked. You do not need to do anything else. Your subscription will end on the date shown.
How to Resubscribe
Changed your mind? You can come back anytime.
Step 1: Go to Settings
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Look at the Subscription panel on the right
Step 2: Choose a Plan
- If you see the yellow banner at the top, click the "Resubscribe" button
- Or pick a plan from the plan cards and click "Select"
- Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to pick your billing cycle
Step 3: Confirm Payment
- Confirm the plan and payment method
- Your subscription starts again right away
- You are all set -- full access is restored
Updating Your Payment Method
If your card expires or you want to use a different card:
- Go to Settings and find the Subscription panel
- Click "Update Payment Method" below the plan cards
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
