QuickBooks Disconnected from DrillerDB

Your QuickBooks Online account is no longer connected to DrillerDB. This page explains what that means and how to reconnect when you are ready.

What happens when you disconnect

DrillerDB's access to your QuickBooks Online company is revoked. Your QuickBooks access and refresh tokens are invalidated, so DrillerDB can no longer read or write your QuickBooks data.
Data syncing stops in both directions. New customers, estimates, invoices, and payments in DrillerDB will not flow to QuickBooks, and changes in QuickBooks will not flow back to DrillerDB.
Records that already synced before you disconnected stay in place. Disconnecting does not delete any data in QuickBooks Online or in DrillerDB.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect QuickBooks from DrillerDB at any time:

Log in to DrillerDB at app.drillerdb.com.
Open your Accounting settings.
Click Disconnect on the QuickBooks connection.

You can also disconnect from within QuickBooks Online, under Apps, by removing DrillerDB. Either method revokes the connection.

How to reconnect

Log in to DrillerDB at app.drillerdb.com.
Open your Accounting settings.
Click Connect to QuickBooks and sign in to QuickBooks Online.

The secure OAuth connection takes about a minute. Once reconnected, DrillerDB resumes syncing your customers, estimates, invoices, and payments automatically.
