ArcGIS REST / JSON pulls state or provincial GIS services. Socrata API consumes open data portals. Bulk Download processes zipped shapefiles or geodatabases. USGWD Fallback references USGS groundwater CSV sources where direct state feeds are limited. Static CSV / Local GeoJSON are curated pipeline imports.
