Today we are opening the new DrillerDB to every water well driller. There is a new office app and a new field app for iPhone and Android, and they share the same jobs, wells and customers.
In the field, your crew logs the well, the pump job and the parts used in one place. Drafts save as they type. The app works without a signal and sends the work once the phone is back online. A crew can also build a proposal from a new job and send it from the truck.
In the office, on the Professional plan, DrillerDB fills in the state well report from the well log your crew already entered. We have field-tested it in Texas, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Alabama and Wyoming. Scheduling covers every crew, and jobs go out to the crew by text or email. Customers approve proposals online, and on Professional they can sign them and pay invoices online too. If you keep your books in QuickBooks Online, DrillerDB sends your customers, estimates and invoices to it, so you do not have to give it up.
Moving over is our job. We import your past jobs and customers free, including from QuickBooks, and there is no setup fee.
