A homeowner's worst nightmare hit Labor Day afternoon - no water. Did some research online and first thing Tuesday morning called Werner. A live person answered the phone - Werner Sr. I believe - first good sign. I was given a number to call the service guy (Jake Werner) directly and he answered the phone on the second ring - good sign number 2. "I'm on a job near you - be there an an hour to two." Miracles do happen - good omen number 3 He showed up mid morning and had the pump replaced and water running well before noon. I couldn't be happier.
