Customer reviews

NOTE: Richardson Well is under NEW ownership. Allie and Tyler Fain (from Escondido, CALIFORNIA) are not the original Wisconsin owners. This review reflects my experience with the new owners. What started with a promising consultation quickly fell apart. The agreed on pressure tank was installed in completely the wrong position, and only after my electrician flagged it did they replace it. Richardson then admitted they never pressure-tested the system. My plumber and electrician both had to make costly return trips because of their oversights. Even worse, the water testing was handled improperly. They allegedly collected the sample from the rig before the system was operational, and they are refusing to release the results, a clear violation of Wisconsin law. I still don’t have proper water pressure or confirmation that my water is safe to drink. When I raised concerns, Richardson responded with hostility and threats of a lien, instead of accountability. I am now filing complaints with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
