We used this company to replace our well in July. Since replacing our power bill has doubled and our fuses kept tripping. We woke up 122 days later to no water. We called the company and after arguing with the owner, him coming out and arguing more, proving through text, call logs, pictures and the receipt, they agreed to fix it Monday morning. Then they tried to charge us installation fees again for a pump that was burned up. They also tried to get us to claim insurance on it. That is a significant deductible and our payments go up. The owner is old and grouchy, and very rude. You can’t understand him when he talks. This has been the most stressful company to work with and I do not recommend at all.
