I have a well that is used by my sister's house and myself, she called Hodges to fix it on Tuesday and came out Wednesday and they made us wait till the pump came in which is just a 1 1/2 hp pump which can be picked up locally so didn't come out till Monday and when they were working on it I asked them to come talk to me when they were done so I knew it was fixed and totally cost so I could add it to my farm book. They said they would but didn't, then only fixed one side and not the other side and the valve should of been replaced as well since it was rusted out, when I called them after they left and explained that my water wasn't working still and needed the valve replaced and why they didn't do it when they were here, and why they didn't come talk to me before they left as I asked them too, he said he seen my nephew and told him he was done and he should of replaced the valve and wouldn't be able to come out untill the next week and he charged over $2,700 just to pull the well and replaced the pump but not the valve and didn't have it fixed properly and didn't care. So I called Cox pump service and they were out the next day and fixed it and I had water the next day. So do yourself a favor and call Cox pump service.
