Do not hire this man - Paul Greene stole my money. He came out on a Sunday to fix my well whose pump had broken. He spent 2 hours just getting my well pump to the surface to determine that was the problem. Then he had me pay him $900 via Venmo, which he said he would use to buy a replacement pump the next day and return to fix the well. It has now been a week and I have not heard from him since; he will not answer or return repeated calls and texts. After attempting to call him all day that Monday, I had to call another company to come the next day to fix the well and get my water running again. The new company had to thaw the entire 300-400 ft. well pipe because Paul had left it out on the frozen ground all night, costing me extra labor. They also had to clean out the snow that had accumulated in the well house since Paul had not put the lid back on. If I hadn’t called Paul, I could have had water back on and done the right way the day after it broke, but instead I spent 3 days without water and am now not only $900 poorer with nothing to show for it, but in the hole further because I had to pay another company to fix my well and correct his negligence, not to mention my missing work waiting for him to never show up. I should have been suspicious because I have never had to pay up front before a job was finished, but I was desperate for water. I am pursuing legal action.

Wish I could give a 0 rating. He put in a new water pump and didn't shock ( disinfect our well. Now it is contaminated with E Coli and coliform. He will not respond back to messages texts or calls. Beware of him!!!! He is a crook!!!!
