We are not first time homeowners, but we were pumped to be first time well owners. Unfortunately, after a mere 3 years in service, our well pump kicked the bucket. As luck would have it, our well is drilled into calcium deposits the likes of which no mortal man has seen before, with what appeared to be fossilized bone caked onto our pump line and casing. Clay Pitts went above and beyond in retrieving the dead well pump (under warranty) and installing the new one during daily visits over the course of 20 days, many of which involved pouring acid down into the well to dissolve the deposits, sending a camera down to visualize what was happening, or any other number of solutions to figure out how to save our well. I genuinely believe that another company would have given us the shaft and told us that they simply needed to drill a new well. Thank you for your amazing service and positive attitude despite all the setbacks that occurred during our well maintenance as the end result was *well* worth the wait.
