I have been with B&B for about 5 years as a customer. I had a whole house filtration system installed by Ed & Jesse. They did not try to sell me something more than was required for my situation. I had terrible well water with iron and iron bacteria. Solved the problem immediately. They deliver my salt for the system too as I am elderly and not able to lift 50# bags of salt. I'd give them a 10 if I could. Honest and great people to deal with.
