We hired Napier Unlimited, LLC (PlumbPro) to complete plumbing rough-in and final set-out work at our home. Over the course of several months, there were repeated installation problems, multiple return visits, and assurances that issues would be corrected. Despite this, the plumbing system was not functional. After the rough-in was represented as complete, the plumbing system was not fully operational. We were unable to move into the home because the water service and fixture installations were not functioning properly. Multiple attempts were made to have the issues addressed. Ultimately, due to continued functionality problems and delays, we hired a second licensed plumber to evaluate and complete the work so that our home would have working water service. The second plumber identified issues that required correction and rework before the plumbing system could operate properly. We incurred significant additional expense to have those corrections made. We requested reimbursement based on the corrective work that was necessary. That request was declined. All of our statements are based on documented communications, invoices, and third-party findings. If you choose PlumbPro, we strongly encourage maintaining detailed written communication, requesting documentation at each phase, closely monitoring installation progress, confirming scope and completion in writing, and ensuring full functionality before final payment.
